The Digital Support Coordinator will work with our national team and will report to the National Resource and Operations Director for Canada. The primary goals of the position are to support the Resource and Operations Director and the admin team in their daily functions and initiatives in the following areas,
Support to all digital/technical requirements to move initiatives, communications and systems forward.
Managing daily updates and changes to the AIC Store, website and SM platforms.
Working with the national team to develop flexible and manageable IT support systems within our financial requirements and operational needs in mind.
Make recommendations on changes, advancements and additions to our systems in order to engage our partners, field team and churches more effectively.
Manage audio and video content, including editing and posting to various platforms
Support the team with IT needs ie. laptops, software and or mobile devices.
Support in design for postings, websites and events.
Experience and Educational Requirements
The Digital Support Coordinator requires an intermediate level of training and experience. We will be looking for the following training and experience.
- Diploma in digital fine arts, computer tech, interactive media, software and information or advanced office administration would be considered.
- Direct experience managing content in platform CMS’s and/or the development of web sites and Apps
- Video editing and audio editing
- High level of competency with Apple products and software
- High level of competency with office software - Word, Excel, Pages, Numbers, Google Suite, Cloud storage and remote team based conferencing/sharing.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- 3-5 years experience in all areas would be a minimum requirement
- Testing and Debugging, Web Performance
- Personable and able to work in a team setting
- Patient and willing to help other team members work more effectively in an IT space
The Digital Support Coordinator will work out of the National Office located on the west side of London in the town of Komoka. There will be some travel required in the position. Approximately 2-3 weeks per year which are broken down into a 1-week national team conference in May and 2-3 trips to ministry conferences or meetings.
