Updated Eligibility Policy for 2018
We've changed our eligibility policy to reflect Awana's new ministry philosophy where the focus is on being highly scriptural and highly relational, so that more kids and teens can go to Camp to engage with scripture and deepen their relationships with Christ.
Currently in Grade 5–12. (Entering Grade 6–Grad in Fall 2018)
At least 11 years old by December 31, 2018.
Participating or serving in an Awana club. That means anyone participating in T&T Ultimate Challenge, Trek or Journey, and/or serving as a student leader, leader or other volunteer is eligible for Awana BC Camp.
Don't wait until you finish your book
With the new eligibility policy, campers can now register for camp as soon as registrations open! Registration is no longer dependant on book completion.
|May 31||Last day of priority acceptance for scholarship applicants.|
New registrations after this date are not eligible to apply for scholarships.
|June 30||Last day to register for camp.|
|July 1||Full camp payment is due.|
|Total Camper Fee||$395|
Registration Fee is due at time of registration and is not refundable. Full Payment is due July 1.
Refunds will be made at the Camp Director's discretion.
Financial limitations and hardship should not be the reason one does not attend this camp! If you require financial assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Bus Pickup Locations and Times
- Richmond (Sun 10am / Sat 3:30pm)
- Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (timed with both Victoria and Nanaimo ferries)
- Chiliwack (Sun 12:15pm / Sat 12:50pm)
Limited seats available. Reserve your seat when you submit your registration. Priority will be given to Round-Trip campers.
