- Your current Awana handbook/bible study

If parents / guardian cannot be reached, the Emergency Contact will be contacted. It cannot be the other parent.

Fees and Transportation
Camper Fees include a non-refundable $80 registration fee. No exceptions.
Scholarships must be redeemed in the same year that they are awarded. Only one (1) scholarship type may be redeemed per camp year. Verification will be required in order to redeem your scholarship.
Parent/Guardian Consent & Photo Release
You have not been accepted to camp at this time. Only scholarship recipients and Smoky Skies Camp participants will receive priority acceptance. All other campers will receive a camper acceptance email on June 1, 2018, based on the order of registration.
If space is not available, your registration fee will be refunded at Camp Director's discretion.
Because we still require a physical signature, you will need to print and fill out the Camper Verification Form. The form will be provided after submitting this application.
Please sign and submit this by mail to the address listed on the form. Your Commander or Director will also need to complete a portion of the Camper Verification Form.
Please note: the application is not complete until Camper Verification Form and Registration Fee are submitted. Registrations will be processed in the order that these are received.
