Your registration includes:
- A full day of live talks and breakout sessions
- Lunch, coffee, tea, and snacks

All registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a different person.
After submitting your registration, instructions for payment, including invoice and link to the payment processor, will be emailed to you the following business day.
Individual attendees must pay by Visa or MasterCard online. Group payments can be done by Visa/MasterCard online or mailing in a cheque. No payments will be collected on the day of the event for pre-registered attendees.
Cheques must be mailed in by Oct 14, 2018.
