Markham Session Leaders

Breakout Session Leaders (will be updated as they are confirmed for the event)

We are grateful to those who have agreed to participate in the NEXTGen Conference as Keynote Speakers and Breakout Session Leaders!

Please show them your gratitude when you are at Conference.

Session Leaders:


Tori Bissell: Tori joined Plan to Protect at the end of 2013 as Director of Training. She is passionate about children and education and has worked with kids as a Day Camp Director, Assistant Children’s Pastor and Teacher.


Rebekah Bock: Rebekah is the Church Care Advocate for Awana in Ontario. She received her Citation Award in 2013, and now, with her husband Calvin, runs the OnLine Journey program.


Elana Burke: Elana lives with her family in North Bay and is serving her eighth year of a five year term as the Awana Commander at Bethel Gospel Chapel.


Kyle Crouch: Kyle, along with his wife Ruth Anne, is Ontario Camp and Southwestern Ontario Events Advocate. As if that were not enough to keep him busy, they have two young children.


Tom Crouch: Tom, Kyle’s father, is the T&T Boys Director at Benton Street Baptist Church in Kitchener with 25 years of Awana experience in various roles.


Elizabeth Harris: Elizabeth is the Sparks Director at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church in Aurora and co-ordinates the Sparks Camp-a-Rama in Holland Landing every June.


Dave Kinsey: Dave has served as the Awana missionary for N-E Ontario for many years. He and his wife Joyce live near North Bay.


Evan Morrison: Evan started in Awana as a Cubbie and has never looked back, developing a passion for youth ministry. He serves on the Ontario Team as the Fundraising Advocate.


Joshua Walsh: As a teenager, Josh fell in love with serving in Awana and now acts as the Regional Director for Ontario. He has also been a youth pastor for 13 years and is passionate about seeing teens grow in the Lord.
