Why Mongolia?
Mongolia is a country relatively new to Christianity. Most Christians in Mongolia (approx.. 60,000) became Christian after the Mongolian Revolution of 1990. With Awana’s arrival in Mongolia in 2017, it has grown to reach 2,972 children in 120 clubs with the gospel. With Awana, Mongolian children have the opportunity to come to know, love and serve Jesus.
One of the felt needs of the churches of Mongolia, is to have leaders trained and equipped to serve! This is where we can help! It is our goal to train these leaders to reach the 825,000 Mongolian children with the Good News of Jesus!
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
